There’s something almost sacred about being beside the sea at sunrise. Before the lists, the responsibilities and the demands of the day, there is simply the water, the changing light and a moment that belongs entirely to you. The solitary swimmer is small against the openness of the sea and sky, yet she is drawn towards the light. Salute to the Sun is about surrendering to that moment and finding the strength to begin again.

A lone swimmer wades into the sea as the sun rises, surrounded by soft blue, gold and lavender light. Salute to the Sun captures the stillness of an early morning wild swim that brief, beautiful time before the noise of the day begins.

Reproduced as a canvas print, this peaceful seascape brings a sense of light, space and possibility into your home. A meaningful piece for wild swimmers, sea lovers and anyone who understands the quiet courage of beginning again.
