Lorraine is a very talented artist. I have a beautiful painting at home which reminds me of holidays spent on the beach with my daughter, when she was very young. I have followed Lorraine and her artwork for some time and can safely say that her work would be a welcome addition to any home. It’s simply stunning. Thank you Lorraine.

Beautiful portrait of Finn, my collie
Having recently lost my much loved collie, Finn, after 15 years, I wanted a painting of him. I had seen Lorraine's work and liked it. After some hesitation (because I'd never commissioned a painting before and thought it might be difficult) I contacted Lorraine to ask if she would paint a portrait of Finn for me from a photograph. Lorraine made the whole process really easy and kept me up to date with progress as she painted, sending emails and images of the work in progress. She sent an outline of how long it would take to complete the work, which was finished ahead of her timetable, and was transparent at the beginning of the process regarding cost. The final portrait of Finn is beautiful, so like him - it looks as if he's about to jump up and play. Both my husband and I love the painting. As well as being hugely talented, Lorraine showed a great deal of empathy for how I was feeling as we emailed back and forth whilst she was creating the painting. I would recommend Lorraine to anyone looking to commission a painting

Morning Reflections at the Theatre
I happened to bump into Lorraine painting this piece on the riverside whilst I was out on a run around town. After staying in touch whilst she finished it and seeing the finished piece, I knew I had to have it.
We've recently renovated our house and it's great to have a wonderful piece of local art to hang in our house.
Lorraine was very understanding throughout the whole process, kindly holding onto the painting whilst our house was a building site!
Looking forward to seeing the next Stratford paintings and seeing Lorraine around town soon!
